New Year - New Sports Hall

A warm welcome, especially to the ten new pupils who join us today, and a very Happy New Year to all Croft Parents, Children and Staff.

As 2012 begins, and the countdown to the Olympics continues, we look forward to making full use of our spacious new Sports Hall, which was opened by England Cricket Team Director, Andy Flower OBE, shortly before the end of last term.

As I returned on Tuesday from visiting my husband in Hong Kong, preparations were already underway to celebrate The Year of the Dragon when Chinese New Year begins on Monday 23 January.  We too are making similar preparations here at The Croft, to utilise all the Chinese artefacts I brought home in my suitcase. Kong hei fat choi!
