A warm welcome to our new staff and a brief introduction:

Mrs Charlotte Hughes - Assistant Head Academic

Mrs Hughes is teaching English and Games to Years 5 & 6. As an Assistant Head, Mrs Hughes is extremely busy, but when she gets time, Mrs Hughes likes running, hiking, photography and travelling.

Mrs Jane Crowley - Maths Teacher

Mrs Crowley is teaching Maths in Year 6, this term, having specialised in Maths and English for the past six years. Previously she has worked in the theatre industry, which continues to be a passion of hers.

Mr Tom Genders - Head of Art and Design

Mr Genders taught art and ceramics for 6 years in Leicestershire after qualifying in Brighton. His hobbies include all things art, but particularly oil painting, cricket, cycling and wildlife.

Miss Rebecca Smith - Class Teacher

Miss Smith is teaching in Year 2 part-time, as well as some Year 4 and Year 6 classes. Miss Smith is also a yoga and mindfulness teacher, and is looking forward to sharing this with all of the children in the school. Her other passions are horse riding, rowing and competing for Stratford Boat Club.

Mr Liam Mills - Head of Technology and Games Teacher

Mr Mills has been teaching at Welford on Avon Primary school since he finished his PGCE at Warwick University and has worked as a cover teacher at The Croft. Mr Mills joins his wife and daughter, here at The Croft, and is looking forward to teaching the exciting subject of Technology to the children.

Mrs Marie Clifton - School Nurse

Mrs Clifton is the School Nurse and a busy mum of three boys, who all attend The Croft. In her spare time, Mrs Clifton is a keen gardener.
