Year 6 has had tremendous fun in preparing for their end of term production, with plenty to do from learning the challenging lines, to building the set, and producing the in-house newspaper; there was something for every pupil in which to be involved.
After just two weeks of rehearsals, Year 6 accomplished a spell-binding performance. Captivating and engaging the whole audience, pupils displayed such incredible maturity that it was hard to believe that the actors were only 10 and 11 years old!
Challenged with the ensemble mantra of "no one part is greater than the sum of its parts", it was fantastic to see Year 6 take on this maxim, and work so effectively together in creating a cohesive performance of which 'The Bard' would have been proud. Well done Year 6!
